To justify the cost
Over the past few yrs £billions have been spent on carbon footprints ,carbon taxes ,aid to poor countries etc to prevent global warming.
What difference has it made ? ? ? not one iota
Politicians now change the name to Climate change & start all over again with another round of taxes to justify the senseless spending & new round of international meetings
