Is it important to …
Is it important to check the nominal volatge of a panel? that value that usually is 12v. And what is a good nominal voltage if the panel is exposed to sunlight? Is a value less then 12v for a 12 v panel normal eg 10.5v? 11v? or should be more then 12v?

For beginners, you …
For beginners, you should point out that you switched the red lead on the multimeter into the Amps plug for the second test… and you also might mention to either turn the module back into the shade before you disconnect from the Amp test, or make sure they pull away quickly, like you did in this test… to prevent arcing
