The major countries are putting together a fund to help poor countries deal with the cost of anti-pollution technology.

The US is not the only ones paying into it, the ones you mentioned are too.

Hmm... borrow money from China so that we can pay them and others reparations? Meanwhile, money to Africa and India helps to create their emerging markets for cheap Chinese goods? Then our ethnic "minorities" become pluralities, and our crushing debt turns the USA into the Third-World nations that were formerly India and Africa? I'm sure the so-called "American" President will be all for it.
