    deep cycle …
deep cycle batteries are best. Normal batteries are not meant to be completely drained and recharged constantly. (Think of your car battery, if it goes dead so many times it stops working completely)

    Umm.. i like your …
Umm.. i like your advice, and I am enjoyin learning from you. But your reference to the Hydrogen and the hindenburg zepplin is incorrect .. the hydrogen wasnt what went up in flames so brilliantly, it was the Aluminum Oxide paint they used that kept it burning .. the Hydrogen would have burnt off instantly as each section burst

    Incredibly stupid …
Incredibly stupid video – no doubt sponsored by oil disinformation specialists? Nearly ALL 12v+ Lead batteries are SEALED nowadays! For Solar Transport, all heavy batteries are being replaced by magnetic generators anyway. We know Texas is kept in the research dark, but what about Michigan & Ontario?

    i work in the …
i work in the forklift indestery and to you are so wrong
the wet cell battery is still going very strong
and will be around for a long time
when a forklift battery cost $3k for a wet cell and the same sealed batter cost $5k and dos not last any longer (full life span) and take 80% longer to charg it is not cost efective to go with the sealed battery
all tho i love it when they do
they stay so much cleaner then the wet cell lead acid

    Hydrogen was the …
Hydrogen was the problem with the Hindenburg. That Aluminum Oxide paint on the exterior panels is responsible for igniting the fire, but to ignore the hydrogen is plain silly. It was a giant floating fuel baloon.

    The discussion is …
The discussion is about solar energy and battery banks. The cautions he gives are valid. The idea of the hydrogen gas “burnign off” instantly when the battery bank is placed under your bed unvented is not comforting. Rule of thumb: Vent your battery bank by placeing it next to an exterior wall. one gent in another video used his dryer vent hole which saved him having to make a new one…
