Do you think that solar powered energy for homes will catch on in the Philippines?
In all the times that I have been to the Philippines I have not seen any solar powered homes. This is confusing for me because I think that filipinos could greatly benefit from it.

Im from Philippines and i would like to have solar energy coz we do have sun all day long.. i have just started searching if it is possible for my home.
Years ago, I have seen ONE house in Valle Verde in Pasig having solar cells on its roof, meaning they use solar enegry. Since then, I have been considering the use of solar powered energy source in my own house. But I was a young student and almost have no say on what goes into the house. Now that I’m in the position to decide and implement. I do intent to have one installed. Thing is, I don’t know where to start looking.
Hi, anyone here who knows where to get solar panels in Metro Manila and possibly a person who knows how to install them. I’m willing to spend a reasonable amount of money. Given that solar power can save me a lot in the future. If any of you can give me any info pls email me at kiel_deman@yahoo.com
